On January 24th 2009, a community of homeless individuals from Providence, Rhode Island constructed a shelter entirely out of tents underneath the Crawford Street Bridge. This area is now commonly referred to as 'Tent City', and has continued to grow and provide shelter and safety to the homeless. This Film is currently not available to the public.
